Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. You pay the return shipping to Korea; we pay the shipping of the replacement item.

Returns and refunds

Because of international shipping and customs costs, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are issued for defective or incorrectly shipped items, including the original shipping cost.

Tents

Tents cannot be returned once opened unless defective. Please check the product page carefully before ordering.

How to start

Email us with your order number and photos (for defects) within 14 days of delivery. Do not ship anything back before receiving our instructions.
