Where we ship
We ship from Korea to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Customers in Japan: please order from our Japanese store, urbanside.jp.
Carrier and delivery time
All orders ship by DHL Express with door-to-door tracking. Apparel usually arrives 3–6 business days after dispatch. Tents are larger parcels and may take 5–8 business days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Duties and taxes
Prices are shown in USD and do not include import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees. These are charged by your country and collected by DHL before or at delivery. As a guide: US imports are subject to duties regardless of order value, and the UK and EU charge VAT on most imports. If a parcel is refused because of duties, return shipping and fees are deducted from any refund.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 pm KST on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. You will receive a DHL tracking number by email.
